Experiment introduction:

For this experiment, we will be analyzing the results of an apple, the idea is that we let an apple at the air for 6 hours and another one in a bad without oxygen. Experimenting the apples before the experiment we see that it texture is fresh, it smell good and its see juicy, it will continue the same after some hours?, what will be the new texture and smell?

Hypothesis:

We think that for this experiment that one of the two half of the apple will oxydate because as it is out side and the other half will sill be normal because as in have no oxygen it will concervate.

As we see, apple change a lot. After the 6 hours we see that the apple had a different color, it smells different and it texture its more dry. In the apple that is at air is more oxidate because it don’t contain artificial preservatives, also because when the enzymes had contact with air the phenols transforms to quinones. As a conclusion, oxidation affect any fresh aliment as fruits or vegetables because they done contain artificial preservatives.

Conclusion:

Second Experiment:

For this experiment you can use types of food like: grape, lemon ,or  sauce. If you are using grapes or the lemon you need to cut it in two half but one you are going to leve it outdors or in a place is not protected and the other you will put it in to a container and make sure the bag is well closed, and now you will leave them to 6-9 hours and you will see the difference, now for the sauce you will take it and put it in a plete and leave it were is not protected and more sauce in a container and you would wait for 1-3 days to see the difference.
